Loved it! Clean, beautiful. Great hospitality!!! Can't wait to stay again
The room itself was nice, with great view, the cleaning of it was not. There was hair in shower and sink from previous guest, fridge in room was sticky and dirty, glass had lipstick on it; casino still smoky in non smoking area, music and bar area nice and lively; food was awesome, drinks reasonable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Just stayed there this past weekend for my Birthday. My fiance got King Suite, the room was nice until you started to really look around. We tried to close our curtains at the end of the night and discovered that they were just hanging off the track so you could not pull them closed. We went to go turn on the tall lamp in the room and notice the bulb was burnt out. I love � this hotel casino the best I would recommend this hotel to everyone
I will NEVER stay at this casino again! Before I arrived my card was charged before I checked in...I had intentions of spiliting the tab with another person in my party. When I arrived at the hotel they informed me that it's their policy to charge the FULL amount plus the deposit by 7pm because so many people would make reservations and not show up. Other than $20 for nachos, it was ok. Clean and friendly staff.
Enjoyed my night .. the slots weren't the greatest time to upgrade but ya I would definitely stay there again
I love the hotel. Its very relaxing! The casino haven't allowed me to win frfr yet but I'm keeping hope alive lol..
My mother & I stayed there last night & we absolutely loved it. Loved the casino, love our room, it was clean & quiet, the staff was amazing, & the valet was awesome. The cons were that I didn't get and free play who's I should have since I got a room, definitely did. OT like how we were supposed to pay $25 each just to go in the spa it should have been free for the guests. Would I stay again? Yes I would but I think I should get some sort of a comp.
