The bartender @strut who wore a cabrerra jersey last night Specifically said he was not serving the line after we waited 15 min for a beverage. We proceeded to go to the other line and he then served the lady who was also waiting in the line behind us that we just left. So we go back to that line and he again refused to service us. He stopped serving drinks at 1:30am and when we requested a manager He became extremely rude. Room was clean with an amazing view. Super friendly staff and Chad was very helpful and friendly at check in and when we checked out...was in town for a concert so didn't get to visit the casino...ordered room service which came quickly and the lady who brought it up was very friendly as well..will definitely stay again next time I visit Detroit
We had a lot of fun and the rooms were nice, but could not pass the white glove test that's for sure..
