Clean, bed very comfortable, room service was great.... Security was on point, I love the entire bathroom setting and I was some money that nice.... Could use better choices of dining in food
The rooms are so nice & clean! I love the big soaker tubs! It's always a relaxing experience when we go there!
Have the same complaints as others that have commented. Apologies from the establishment but obviously changes have not been made since some of the same complaints continue to be noted. Change starts at the top.
It was before checkout. The housekeeping decided to open or door move our stuff from the bed to the floor by the door. I asked her if she opened my door she said yes and that she didn't know there was still people in the room then why did you move our luggage by the door. I brought the situation to the manager Mike and all he had to say was she shouldn't have done that and blew us off that is so unprofessional and we also had a do not disturb sign on the door and my watch came up missing I will never stay at the casino again... read more
My Sister and I are the slots players we love going here and chilling. She live in Ohio so when she come we sometime go here to put her awesome poker skills to work. Never had a problem with the Hotel. They very friendly from the front desk to room service. Rooms are very clean, nice and you can see the Detroit view. Wonderful place food is awesome. Must eat at the Lodge wings are awesome. Come and Explore wonderful Motor City Hotel!!!
Beautiful hotel. Great value for the amenities! Huge selection for food and drink, including both fine dining and cost-friendly establishments, such as Little Caesars. Beautiful Detroit skyline view from rooms. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Casino was nice as well!
I go to Motorcity almost every weekend since it opened almost- me, my husband and another couple. I just met Marsha Ambrosious as an invited guest at Soundboard. We arrived this Saturday and were turned away because we didn't have club cards. My friend was extremely disappointed as it was her birthday. Driving from Port Huron (an hour drive) just to be turned away after being an extremely loyal patron after all these years really killed my vibe. Wasn't expecting that at all.
First time staying there and would definitely go back. The hotel room was very nice. The shuttle to and from the Red Wings game made it very easy.
