Valet parking was great on arrival and departure check in for the hotel the associate need to be more friendly,the room was great.

Outstanding conference center. Great service and hospitality.
I usually enjoy myself here win or lose. But today took the cake, when I had an issue with one of the slots taking $20. When I called for service, the young lady called for a supervisor and explained what she " thought" had happen. Instead of giving me $20 from the millions they made that day... I gotta "sorry" � I won't be returning.
Excellent venue for our FebruaryBorn BirthMonth Festivities. Beautiful ambiance, delicious food, great fun, lifetime memories. We'll be back!

Absolutely loved it. Always do. The staff is friendly, rooms are always clean and the beds are so comfortable that you don't want to check out. Can't wait until our next visit.
Hotel is very accommodating. Staff is great. The Lodge has great food.
