Nice place,plenty of slots but they seemed kinda tight. Buffet was amazing.
The beds are full size and hard as rocks the website should not say deluxe double because they were everything but! The toilet in my room didn't work correctly the water pressure was very low so flushing was awful and the hallways smelled like sewage and all of the security checks for room keys were annoying. Nobody wants to go for a relaxing weekend and be harassed walking around what should be an elite hotel and wonderful experience. It felt like stay in your room or else! Great casino & hotel.. My first time here and the staff charming, the live entertainment fantastic & plenty of gambling options.. Celebrated my wife's birthday for 2 days here and she loved it!!
Beds were very, very uncomfortable, and the check in counter employees were very rude. Would not recommend staying at this hotel ever. Would highly recommend the spa and staff, the were above the highest quality.
The valet, bell men and housekeeping people are great. Front desk, security, reservation and management horrible. I got a room to surprise my sister with a weekend get a way for her birthday. We just wanted to have finger food and cake before we left to let her enjoy the hotel and Casino. I have never been to a hotel that has security posted at the elevators which gave us an uneasy feeling. Then we were told no outside food and it had to be taken back to the car.
