Didn't even have to gamble. Wonderful service. Very clean rooms!
Staff was rude and had condescending attitude. Managment should better train their staff to handle a skynyrd crowd. Will never be back!
Great customer service with manager Tressa Hitchcock! We lost our car valet stub and she was able to retrieve our car in 20 mts and was very pleasant and engaging. You went beyond your job with the simple act of kindness. It may not have meant much to you but for us it meant the world. Needless to say when my husband got home the ticket feel out if his sweater. Thanks again Tressa!
Very nice rooms!! One of your employees bought my breakfast for me this morning at your bakery. I want to thank her again. Staff was also very friendly. We would definitely stay again.
Fun time buffet was great it was clean in hotel room all the way down to the casino floor I will definitely be going back

Love it. I have been there with a friend for their fabulous Brunch. But I let Marilyn drive. I guess she doesn't like I94. Holly cow. But with I94 & the Lodge, very easy to find. And parking was a dream. Next brunch, I drive.
