I like to get away from time to time just for relaxation!
Sat in lobby for 3 hours waiting for a room to be cleaned. Staff at front desk rude and unprofessional. I will not be back. And hope the uaw will not be back either. Ridiculous.
Security staff were extremely rude to me and my guest, the managment was even worse. Never had poorer customer service anywhere. Looks nice enough, but treatment is better literally anywhere else. I would advise anyone to drive the extra half mile to MGM or Greektown.
I always love my stay at Motorcity! Clean, spacious, and affordable! My guy had never been and he was very pleased with the entire visit.. it was a quick getaway for us! The atmosphere, hotel/casino, and food all great! Thanks Motorcity we will be back soon!
The check in/out process was a cinch! Great staff, a variety of eats and treats, great atmosphere and I loved how spacious the room is. 5 stars EASY!
