NEVER RENT FROM Avenue5 Residental!!!!! We moved into this complex – Apartments on the Green located in SLC, Utah in August of 2018. When we did the apartment tour, they only had the model available to look at and it was absolutely not an option to see the unit we were moving into because there were current residents occupying it but was assured that by the move in date provided it would be newly remodeled to look identical to the model we were viewing. We moved into the Motif apartments on September 2017, and as a first time tenant of Avenue5 Residential I would like to tell you that this is the worst experience we had since NOTHING WENT SMOOTH FROM DAY ONE. 2 days before we moved in I called the building to make sure that the unit is ready and they said yes. when we arrived with the movers i took the key and went to my unit. We entered the unit and the unit was dirty and had a lot of defaults such as: scratches on the floor, paint and stain on the carpets, some areas in t... read more
Unbelievably low water pressure. My water bill is DOUBLE than any other place I have lived because it takes forever to take a shower.
