I booked an appointment to get my hair done for a party on the same day eve, and they let me down. Said the hairdresser called in sick! No replacement was offered :/

I booked an appointment for a consultation I arrived they took strands of my hair to do a strand test everything was good ans they said they would call me to let me know how my hair lifted. Around a week later still did not hear anything so I called them and was told the stylist wasn’t in and that it would be noted to give me a call. Few days went by still nothing so I called again was told she was off sick and would note to give me a call. Waited another week I called again to be told she again was not in. My 12 year old daughter went in for a hair cut with Lydia. She loved every minute! They were so kind and welcoming. From the start when we popped in to book they made her feel very special and after a rough year at school with bullying etc this really helped her confidence! So thank you girls 🙌🏻😗
