It’s Sunday. The website says they open at 10am. I waited outside for 40 minutes. We even called, and they said they were “on the way”—but no one ever showed up. This isn’t just about a missed haircut. This is a service. People have schedules, commitments. Time matters. And this goes beyond poor service—this is a lack of professionalism and respect. Shit can happen, was enough say how long need to wait when we called.

Far too much force with the hands, pushing my head down into my neck. Something was triggering the barber as he kept swearing randomly during the haircut. He showed me the final haircut and I said it's good but would like the fade to me more gradual at the back which he misunderstood and started giving me attitude. Left hairs on my neck which I had to clean up at home.
