Always an excellent service provided by John, Sally & Justine. Very knowledge, informative and professional team. Very friendly too. I have had craftsman detailed work carried out on my Eternity ring and recently a bracelet repaired and a necklace untangled. No matter how big or small the issue is the same level of attention is given. Thankyou all.

Really helpful and friendly staff. I found just what I was looking for at Christmas and again this week. Highly recommended July 2025 Delighted with my purchase (as was my wife) and staff went out of their way to make sure the ring was resized in time. Thank you again.

Great service from Mortons, very friendly advice. I had two rings resized, one was a full diamond eternity ring, and I had been told before that it wasn’t possible to resize it. Moretons managed to do it, sourced and added an additional diamond, and at a reasonable price, too. Very happy!
