Mortimers is a rare combination of wonderful customer service and they source some incredible products. I am a repeat customer as I feel I can buy unique gifts that you can not buy anywhere else in Exeter.... the prices are very fair on high end produst. I recently broke (my fault) my partners gold necklace bought from Mortimers and sent it in for repair and they very kindly waived the charge on it and really looked after her.
