This was a very special year for my husband and myself .. a significant wedding anniversary. There was only one place to go to for that special ring ! Thank you so much to all of the staff at Mortimers who made it such a special experience from beginning to end.

After booking a 15 min appointment to have various items of jewellery looked at I was extremely disappointed in the obvious lack of interest from the 'buyer' and his lack of customer service. The young lady who had initially sat me at a table had demonstrated more interest in some of the pieces. When the 'buyer' sat down, he looked at 2 or 3 pieces, didn't give me any information on any of them, one being a very old cameo ring plus a jade ring and earring set. Had the best experience with this company buying a signet ring. The customer service was impeccable with great communication, updates and they expedited the process to meet my time frames. I have been in the lucky position to acquire a beautiful ring and a watch from Mortimers in 2024 and had an old ring made into pendants for my two granddaughters by the craftsmen in the repair department. The service has been exemplary from the greeting when I walked in the door to the time and patience shown on showing me items. Thank you Lucy - I am grateful to you for the attention given and also for the gift wrapping of the pendants. Our granddaughters loved them!
