I was greeted by Christie - she was great - and another Christie cleaned my teeth - she was also great. What I appreciated this time was the recommendation for an electric toothbrush and whitening touch-up (which I purchased at the front desk). I am thankful you offer these items along with the other services you provide.

The staff made me feel like I had known them for a very long time! This was the most informational dental visit I have ever had. I am extreamly pleased with my visit!

I think when patients have to wait 20 minutes there should be a mention such as "Sorry for having you wait." I know when I'm busy with customers at the store where I work part-time and someone has to wait, I always try to say "I'm sorry that you had to wait." It just seems like common courtesy. I'm overall very happy with all at the dental office, but you did ask for comments or suggestions. Thanks, Diane
