Christy was the tech who assisted me. I found her very pleasant and highly educated and informative! The complete staff was very welcoming.
Great job. I just have one question. I bought the 4 day brightener pack. I opened it this morning and the instructions said "must be refridgerated." I was unaware they needed to be refridgerated. they have not been for the last 2 days. Are they still ok or are they not good?

Everyone made me feel like I was in good hands. There was no arguing the point on what I wanted as there was at the last dental office I used. There was no shaming or "discussion" of my case in the lobby for others to hear like the last dental office.

I had the new technician; she did not explain things during the procedure as other technicians in your office do. I felt she was in the "learning" process. I am sure she will get more familiar with the cleaning process as she gains experience. i.e. water spray in my face, polished whole mouth before a rinse was offered so I had a lot of "grit" in my mouth, probe of gums took a very long time...
Julie did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. she is a real asset to your business.
I never have any complaints about this office. The entire staff is so personable and treat you like family....I love that! Don't change anything
