Everyone is always super friendly when we have appointments. In fact, when my aunt moved here from Texas and was looking for a dentist, I recommended that she begin with Dr. O'Grady's office because we've always been so happy with everything. I had the whitening done and it was great but since it takes so long I think you should have a tv on or something.
I am very impressed with how each person in the office provides with clarity what and how each step of the procedure (cleaning, impressions, dental work) will take place and what to expect! Thanks for a good dental experience!!

I appreciated Dr. O'Grady writing a script for premed and additional so that I am prepared for another visit.
I was very apprehensive but soon felt comfortable as both doc and Robin explained step by step what was happening and why...I don't think I have ever had a dentist do that before with such clarity...thanks for keeping me in the loop as the work proceeded..
