Arranged an appointment via their contact form for a roof repair quote. Appointment rearranged at their request but a no show. Gave them another opportunity to visit before a certain time in the morning but didn’t keep to their word and called me when I was out to rearrange. Declined and asked they visit the property to take a look without me being there and gave details of my problem. Called but at wrong property.
