Went in at 8:05 for an allergic reaction with swelling and pain. Was the second person in waiting room at opening. Left at 9:20 without being seen and went to OSF Urgo. Would not recommend.
Er sent me home August 12th with renal insufficiency after coming in by ambulance for passing out with out making me aware of my kidney issue or looking into why my kidneys were declining as I am a patient of morris physicians all my medical history is there plain to see. They told me nothing was wrong. Asked about my kidneys because I have had issues in the past and was told they looked great. All but threw me out the door with in two hours of getting there. Spent my night in the ER, for a ruptured ovarian cyst. Swear they just like to push people out the doors 🚪 i had heavy bleeding which they made me wait hours just to do a pelvic exam and they wanted to just release me without even confirming with an ultrasound that I didn’t hemorrhage. Your Er is the worst! My son was in there yesterday with severe abdominal pain. He’s 19 so obviously I could not go in. Your receptionist was the sweetest ever in telling me to just call and they will give me updates. LIES! The nurse never once returned my call. Then the receptionist was silly enough to tell me he will be exiting on his own he knows what to do. How stupid was that?! I informed her hell no you’ve had my son on a morphine drip for 3 hours and you think he even knows his left from his right?! I had to inform th... read more

Had a few bad experiences several years ago with Morris Hospital and thought perhaps that has changed since so much time has passed (at least 7 years). WRONG. Still the same snobby, condescending, and just plain rude service as before.
