Been coming here for years and every year it gets worse. It seems that scheduling gets worse every year. usually they take you back as soon as you check in, but today they make the wife wait 50 minutes in the waiting room. was told they were so busy, well they scheduled everything.
Good luck with the billing department. They don't answer the phone or respond to messages that are left.
We are so lucky to have such a fine hospital in our community!! I live in Dwight and have hospitals in all directions BUT I insist on Morris!!! The best part of Morris Hospital is the Wonderful, Caring people that work there and provide for their patients!!
Left 3 messages for them to call me. Still no call. My bill was sent to the wrong insurance.
I worked at the morris hospital for 38 years and i never have been humiliating by a mangement team in the last year!!! I would never suggest anyone to work here and it used to be a friendly place to work for though in the last year it has been so miserable for the employees that we everyone leaving and the management and the adminstration people bullie the employees so bad that you cant even sleep at night!!!! Im so upset that morris hospital has gotten this bad because it has never been like that!!!
I delivered my baby here on February 2nd and I received phenomenal care from the labor and delivery staff. I absolutely loved my experience here.
Went in for a terrible sinus infection which I've had in the past so I know what they are and the doctor basically told me to take over the counter meds. When my regular Dr has seen me in the past he prescribes an antibiotic. Now I feel like I'm no better off than when I walked in even though I voiced my thoughts to the nurse . Terrible. I'll just go see my primary Dr. Next week.
