The mechanics capabilities are excellent! Service department is excellent! However, management doesn’t return phone calls or follow up. Robo calls are the only thing that you receive from them. And surveys.

I am always very satisfied with the service. This time getting my battery replaced instead of 1 hour I was there for 2 1/2 hours & they still didn’t have a battery so they gave me a loaner. And later that evening they delivered my car to my house which was awesome.
Just had my windshield replaced they came to my work and did it while I worked. They did a great job and very professional!!!!
The purchasing experiance I had back in January of 2018 was fantastic. Plenty of care was shown as well as the salesperson was just very knowledgable about the car. Even after all that I was hesitant and just put my trust in Beth Miley, she was just very professional and yet able to be kind and personable. I will buy from them again. (This is my 5th Subaru).
