I went in for an airbag recall. The service advisor was friendly; offered me a ride to nearby shops while I waited. Car was done more quickly than expected, and they even washed it😊
My low tire pressure light went on. I brought it in and they worked me into the schedule. I was able to work productively while I waited. A hour later they’d found a nail, patched it, rebalanced it and got me on the road again!
I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Morrie’s Minnetonka Subaru. The manager and sales person I worked with took their time with me, answered all of my questions, and were so friendly and kind.
I went in with mu 2014 to have the front passenger airbag replaced due to a recall; also had tires rotated. When I checked in at the desk, I was asked if I wanted a car wash and yes. When I went to drive out, I noticed a large W on windshield and then also noticed it had not been washed. I did not return as I needed to get home. They did fix the recall in less than the estimated time of around 3 hours. I believe it was 2 hours.
ok to purchase. But service center not efficient and I always have issue with car after service work completed. Shop prices are exhorbantly high.
They were able to keep me updated about how they were able to work on my Automobile during the time I was there.
