Got very helpful service from Jack at check-in. He did not try to oversell like most dealerships are guilty of.
They communicated really well with my husband and me about what needed to be done and how long it would take. They were all wearing masks. There was Purell at every station. The manager that got my car sanitized the interior and door handles before I drove away. It was one of my first trips out of the house since sheltering in place and I appreciated that they’re respecting the safety recommendations. Thank you Morrie’s Subaru.

I don't think I have ever done a review but this situation has me a little fired up. Scheduled an appointment to come look at an STI due to the covid issues. Drove an hour down there, got there on time, asked for someone and she came out stating someone was already in the buying process. I understand people show up to buy a car however I asked on the phone if they were only taking appointments and the gentleman said yes. Turns out people were just walking in.
