Friendly, helpful service people. Seem to do an excellent job of repair. They note conditions that need attention, but don't do a hard sell. When we bought our Subaru new, we received a number of coupons for oil change discounts. Although, because we have low yearly mileage, the dates on the coupons have expired, they continue to honor them. This, to me, says they are very customer-oriented.

Minnetonka Subaru always services my car even though I have a Nissan. They are always in contact with me throughout the day with text messages. I always get a call before any additional work is done and I don’t feel pressured to do anything I don’t want done. The price is fair and facility is clean and comfortable (massage chair!) They LOVE pets of all kind and offer treats for your fur babies and your human babies. If you haven’t purchased with them stop by for service and check them out!
The dealership is very nice offering coffee and pop sales people easy to work with in the trade the used car manager very reasonable with trade-in values the dealership is centrally located and pleasant to be at
