RecommendedTook me in for oil change without an appointment and the wait time and car wash reasonable.
Great place to buy a car, terrible place to service a car. They tried their hardest to cover up repairs while my car was on warranty, and they took multiple opportunities to sabotage my car for repair work that wasn't covered. I ran into one of the service managers in a bar and she said it's common practice, that they're coached to do this.

RecommendedPao, the service advisor, took care of my issues in a timely, friendly manner. He went beyond the “system” to make things happen. I had an oil change scheduled and then had a headlamp that went out and the noise in my tire well. When I called the general service number the operator stated to add these extra things to my oil change they would have to reschedule my appointment. RecommendedThe person who checked me in was professional and fast, the recall was fixed. I had another issue with a fan rattle. While I was waiting in the waiting room I got a text that asked more details about the rattle. I responded immediately. When the car was ready I asked about the rattle and the girl behind the counter said I “refused to respond to her text”. I showed her on my phone that I had responded. She said she didn’t get it.
