RecommendedI walking to dealer today and a guy asked me how can I help you , I said I’m looking for a used car so he told me just wait for couple minute he will let somebody know to come and help me. I was sitting almost 30mn no one come and talk to me , they’re just walking and standing around , so i walk to that guy and he said did someone help you yet , I told him nope , and he tried to ask a girl standing in front of him to help me but I said no that’s ok and I walk out 🤔. Went to Morries Subaru for a recall repair and told them a tire was leaking. They took a picture, said it wasn't repairable, I needed 4 new tires and quoted about $1k. Took the car someplace else who fixed the tire for $25. If they can't diagnose tires, makes me worried what they do with more complicated systems.
They are very friendly, willing to help, great to work with, beautiful show room. I can't say enough about them! Recommending my daughter to look for a vehicle thru them! Amealia, Eva, Jodie are the BEST!!!
So very disappointed...16 months ago...less than 10,000 miles...we bought a 2011 Ford Edge from you with the electronics warranty....was told it covered everything!!!!...now to find out when the SYNC goes black screen....it will cost us $1200....???? NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

"Buy Happy" oil change. Traffic was light so I arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. They didn't even blink an eye but slotted me right in for the next opening. Friendly, courteous staff moved me swiftly through the paperwork and 45 minutes later I drove off.
Thank you, Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru, for the use of the 2 vans during Good Karma Rescue ' s recent Northstar to Lonestar animal rescue transport. You guys rock! I might just have to travel to Minnetonka ( I live in Joplin, Missouri ) so I can buy my next vehicle. You all receive a "Two paws up" rating from me!
