I came in for an oil change and was greeted with smiles! Dan was able to help me by offering a better coupon than the one I had! He also complimented my engagement ring - after a bit of small talk he asked that I would thank my fiancé for his service in the military. The oil change didn't take as long as it was estimated to. I was presented an engagement gift which was Subaru coffee mug. �� I've had nothing but top notch service at this location. Keep up the great work guys and gals!
I love this place! Even though I showed up 20 minutes late for an appt at closing, they still helped me, even though it turned out that I had another issue at hand. Came back the following day to follow-up with the tech after going to my cars dealer (for my issue), with no appt, and not only did they get me in for my oil change, but also followed up on my issue from the previous night by doing different diagnostic tests at no charge! I loved the entire process of buying a car at Morrie's! Thanks to Ryan and the team at Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru for restoring my faith in car dealers!
They wasted 2 hours of my life doing their best to not sell my son his first new car. We walked into store with the VIN to the exact car he wanted. They kept asking us if this is the car he wanted. The answer was "yes" all three times. We left and drove straight to Walser. My son was driving his first new car home two hours later.
The service I received from Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru has been exceptional! The "Buy Happy" promise is a big one to uphold and quite frankly, I was skeptical. However, Dave Miller, their GM, problem solved an issue I had and went above and beyond what I had expected. I'm not a big ticket client which is why I was so impressed by the fact that I was treated as one from their GM, Dave and Sales Mgr, Scott.
