I recently bought a from this dealership, and the people there are great. They really go out their way to help you find a car you really want. Lara is great! She really knows her stuff, Great sales person. Overall, I recommend this dealership to all ongoing buyers. Not because its a subaru but you will leave satisfied and with a great experience buying a car.
I love my new Legacy! I went in to the Minnetonka store and met with Ryan Campion. He was so helpful and led me in the right direction. He listened to my needs and answered my questions with honesty and integrity. I am so happy I met him and went to Subaru. I would recommend him and a Subaru 100%! Had a great experience with the service department today. Cory was very friendly and pleasant to work with for helping me through my 30,000 mile service on my '13 WRX. He helped me save some money by showing me exactly what was included in the service and didn't pressure me to have them perform services I didn't need (like a tire rotation). Cory and Ben (the tech who worked on my car) also listened to my concerns about using the higher quality brake fluid I requested. Apparently you have to know enough to ride the service department on checking and changing a DISGUSTING engine air filter. Buy Morrie's, Buy Un-happy.
My boyfriend, Jason, needed a car as the 1999 Mazda Protege he has had for the last 9 months became too much hard work to keep fixing, previous owner was reckless but it was cheap and needed a vehicle. In the last 4 years I have purchased 2 vehicles, refinanced my auto loan, and had my primary car regularly serviced from this location. The entire staff from sales, to finance, to service, have all been extremely helpful and courteous. I have to especially praise Mike Bakeman (sales) who has always been more than patient with my questions and various scenarios. I happily recommend purchasing / financing / servicing a Subaru from this location.
