I'm so disappointed with my second trip to Morris for a recall after waiting 2 and half hours. when this appointment was schedule for 30 minutes. I was told this time I need to come back again because of a computer problem really! The first time the parts where not ordered we have owned 4 Subaru cars and now I'm sadden. On the bright side I received a white spotted car wash, and a plastic bag seat cover with a paper floor mat
Bought a '90 Toyota Cressida that they brought me from another lot when my old car broke down. I absolutely love it, I drove to work for the first time with AC in 3 years today! This car is the ultimate in Luxury Japanese Performance. I can't wait to get these free oil changes either! I'll definitely be buying more cars from them!
We found a used van we wanted to look at, I emailed on a Saturday to make sure it was still available. We made an appointment for 6:00 pm on a monday. When we got there, the salesman took us to his desk and said he would go get the van. After waiting for 20 minutes he came back in talked to a few people and came back and said there was a family who was going to adopt 3 kids in Chicago so instead of them buying plane tickets, they let them use the van and it was supposed to be in the following day and would call when it was i... read more
I had a great experience at Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru buying my first Subaru. We stopped just to look. I was pretty convinced I wanted to buy a Chevy or a Ford. But I'd seen Consumer Report so decided to check it out. What do you know, a couple hours later I drove off in a new Forester. Thanks to Craig Fralick who was great to work with and Brandon who treated us fairly on my trade in. I love my new car and will recommend Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru to anyone who will listen!! Once again we had a great experience with Mike Bakeman. We were greeted immediately and he found us what we were looking for. He kept the ball rolling and got us on our way knowing we had a long drive home and bad weather moving in. :-)
I have never owned a car ever, my Crosstrek is better than a Jeep my wife and i had owned, Morrie's service and sales team is excellent.
