Went there because we saw an advertisement for a really well-priced car. We like to drive around the lot to look at the car before we actually speak to a salesperson, but when we got there and didn't see the car in the lot, we decided to go inside. The person that helped us, Mark, apparently went and checked, then came back to tell us that the car was currently at the Brooklyn Park location as a customer was test driving it. Purchased a vehicle from Marques Barnes 7 months ago. I haven’t received a title for it seems kinda sketchy won’t answer the phone anymore I just want my title for the vehicle I purchased from him. You might be thinking “he didn’t work here at that time” well he works there now and is advertising that on his Profile

I had a covid nightmare experience in Morries Minnetonka today. It took 2 hours to buy a car—without financing. Process is so antiquated with ppl passing papers back and forth. Customers held hostage in a super-spreader environment. Salesperson kept violating my 6’ perimeter. His coworker in the next cubicle sat with his mask off. It was the most inefficient and antiquated process I’ve experienced—especially during a pandemic. Would, think when you spend $37,000, you’d feel safe ... maybe even pampered. Morries charged me for rust and paint protection on my new Suburu and did not apply that protection- took the money but didn’t deliver goods and services - then suggested refunding the cost or applying product 5 winters later is an adequate compensation. Now Morries dragging their feet to settle. How can you trust them? I can’t!

If I could leave a negative star I would. This is for the Minnetonka Subaru. Spoke to a salesperson, Janette, this morning about a car. We set up an appointment and she sent me a video. 45 minutes before the appointment she tells me that there was another person interested in the car after me and to call her back. Within two minutes I called to reiterate that I was on my way and interested in the car. I spoke to the Manager, Brandon, who said he would let her know. Got done sooner then they told me. I was waiting so I really appreciated that
It was a great experience from start to finish. We had great customer service despite what is going on in our current world. Masks and social distancing was followed and we received exceptionally service. We received great value for a trade-in and a great price on our new vehicle. Our sales person was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend and have already recommended them to others since our purchase yesterday!
Alyssa listened well and was very accommodating.
