RecommendedWhat a pleasant experience and nice surprise to get such exceptional service at a 'big box' dealership. Was at Walser earlier in the week and had the worst car dealership experience of my life. Glad we bought at Morries. They made the buying process fast and simple - and serviced a check engine light that came on the next day - without having to fight or argue. You have a customer for life. We'll be back!
Have Subaru parts and know-how
Stop gouging people on parts. Per Subaru of America you are charging on average 48% above MSRP. Time to shop elsewhere unless you start charging what Subaru's MSRP is or less. Also, you need to follow up when someone calls and also contacts you via your online forum. customer service is ranking about 3/10 right now.
They do a thorough job and their loaner cars are fun to try out. They are also really nice and listen to any questions or concerns I may have.
Oil change was great social distancing sesmless
You treat me with respect and honesty. You alert me before going ahead with any additional unexpected charges. For a dealership, you've earned my trust with fair pricing and excellent service. I recommend Morries Ridgedale to other Subaru owners with no hesitation.

The people were all very courteous and professional. COVID made it difficult in some ways. Because of COVID, visits/test drives were by appointment only. But it was easy to set up times that met our schedules. We wore a masks and gloves and our sales rep did as well. We turned in a leased vehicle of another make and model with two months left on the lease. Subaru took that car and handled all the issues with paying off that lease. I would highly recommend Morrie’s Mtka. Subaru.
