Today I was helped by a staff member called Hope who went above and beyond to help with my enquiry. Not once did she try to force a sale, or brush me off, she listened, offered advice and was very professional, helpful and sweet. I am a frequent shopper at the this branch and the professional nature of ALL the staff makes it a pleasurable experience every time. And I DID go and wax my eyebrows after , and it did make a difference!

On a little holiday to Cardiff from cornwall and while looking around noticed the store! I’ve never seen a morphe store and as a fan of the makeup I gasped and dragged my boyfriend in with me simply for a mooch and one of the ladies came up to me and was very polite, friendly and all of them just kept a lovely rapport with me. She introduced me to a pretty good promo which included a free lipstick which I ended up doing and was chuffed with my purchases! Staff was really helpful, specifically a lovely women, Mahira. She had a conversation with me the whole time she was helping and she really knew the products and what was right for me, overall extremely pleasant and helpful throughout.
