Simple, clean, friendly and great location
Very good value for money in central London. Comfy bed, renovated bathroom with nice toiletries and thick towels. Tea is being replenished every day and it is very clean. Is it what I would expect from a normal 4* Hotel? Nope, no lift, no breakfast, no gym and staff that is more friendly than really knowledgeable. Also it being an old building makes it quite noisy despite double glazing. Close to trains, clean, comfortable bed and pillows, medium-sized TV, Rituals toiletries and friendly staff. But this isn’t a 4-star hotel. It is a renovated Victorian house. 2 stars at best. Doesn’t have a minibar. The Internet was mostly unusable. The telephone doesn't work. And when I call them from my phone, either they don't pick up, or they turn it off.
