Always do what they say they will do
All the employees are very professional and friendly. Willing to help in any way. My biggest issue was the way they handled my trade in, I actually had 2 vehicles, low mileage and in good condition, they were not willing to discuss the value they gave me, when I asked about it, they made up some story about how old the cars were. They were top of the line models, I had just replaced the battery in both and brand new tires on the car. All purchased in July 2019! Roberto was wonderful a very easy and informative salesman. Even gave a demo of all the features we didn't understand. Took his time and followed up that we were going to like our new car. Highly recommennd Moritz it's our 3rd purchase from moritz.
Cal Pannell at Moritz Dodge responded to my request for info in less than an hour. I told him I didn’t want to put any money down and he got me approved and all paperwork done within three hours. He was genuinely interested in putting me in the van I wanted and he did.
