I had an issue with my heat not working (the car is brand new and had it for a month). Took it in and got a loaner, expecting for it to be a couple of days. They called me later that day and said it was ready. The advisor (Ryan Byars) said the the HVAC settings needed to be reset, insinuating it was a button that just needed to be pressed. Outstanding customer service! Called on a vehicle I saw online. Couldn’t get there until the next day but they made sure to keep it unsold so I could take a look. Had it ready for me when I arrived. When it came to finance, I had a great finance rate through my bank but they thought they could get a better one and they did, which of course saved me more money! Thank you to salesman Tony and the finance group!
The service department is horrible. I was there on time for my appointment and a co-worker had an appointment 30 minutes after mine. We both brought our trucks on for oil changes the only difference is I had the filters changed. He left 1 hour before I did. When I asked the service lady why, her response was some people just work faster. To get a simple service there except to want over two hours.
Great customer support, no high pressure sales, very knowledgeable, attention to detail , and follow up support. Best experience buying new vehicle ever!
