I take both of my trucks to Moritz from time to time and, over the years, have had only one unfavorable incident that was quickly resolved by talking to the service manager's boss. I will continue to bring them Moritz for service and repairs .
I have bought three vehicles from them since 2011. I have always been treated like the one and only customer by Moritz. The salespeople, the finance people, the service people have always treated me with nothing but the greatest concern.
