Contracted by the council, rubbish service and always delayed in service, never there to help, they should be investigated by the health and safety authorities.

Unprofessional company who do not take ownership of their own mistakes. Will use unqualified subcontractors to do work and then when it goes wrong they just wash their hands of the problem.
