I reached out to Morgan & Morgan due to the commercials claiming to be the Best and largest *********** and they actually care about helping someone seek justice. My daughter was involved in a hit and run accident, and I reached out to them and spoke to a gentleman that created a case, sent paperwork and referred my daughter to a physical therapist, which she has seen several times. The therapist found she did sustain physical injuries. She received what looks like a generic letter on May 20th saying they were dropping her c... read more

Only taking cases but never delivering the service they promised. Since a 16 month period, I have been their client and nothing is going forward. The claim manager is magic. She makes notes for calls she never made. No updates. The agreed-upon methods for communication are not used. The escalation team only puts the client down and doesn't do anything to help in this. Management is never reachable. All promises are lies.

Morgan and Morgan is NOT for the people. My investigation report had to be modified claiming that the injury site had defects. Your lovely attorney ********************************* turned down the case before she got the updated report. She has no experience in what hardship means and what I was asking for. She refused to answer any of my questions. This is what I get. An attorney with less than one year experience and who is very unprofessional. I would suggest someone talks to her. Dropped my Va disability case. After calling for an update on my Va appeal. The receptionist let it slip that they lost my file. Quickly corrected and stated that they would get someone in touch with me, needless to say no one did. I called back got very vague answers to very specific questions. A couple of months later they dropped my case with no explanation why. Very suspicious

This ** should not be used! Horrible. Multiple calls all day long and then even on Sunday morning at 8 am to tell you cant take case with no reason why even though girl taking info said I had a good case!!! Fraud outfit RUN

Do yourself a favor and don't hire this company. I finally had to fire them. They never responded to any of my questions, couldn't even seem to figure out how to get hospital documents and insisted that my 6 yr old daughter (the injured person) sign the paperwork. The case manager was changed all the time and I never ever spoke with my actual attorney. Once I told them I wanted to cut ties with them I received a letter from them stating that they 'decline representation'. It's like a case of 'you can't break up with me becau... read more

After accepting my case against a ****** resort back in November of 2023 and 2 weeks after sending out a demand to ******s claims department I got a call from Morgan & Morgan saying they are dropping my case. I am not even going to recoup my out of pocket medical expenses!!! Its been 6 months of them having my case and they drop it and tell me I can contact ******s claim department myself. After wasting my time for 7 months recording pain levels, going to therapy, sending them all the records they needed for the slip and fall, they just decided to drop it without warning. I talked to my attorney twice but its not like she ever did a thing, she said it was already too much because god forbid a slip and fall injured a healed Pre-existing injury its just too complex for them apparently. If you get hurt might as well make sure its a huge injury where you lose your arm because all these people care about is money. ... read more

I hired Morgan and Morgan to represent a slip and fall. After two months of recording my paying level sending them documents they dropped my case without even an explanation. Its been extremely hard to get a hold of them. I found their behavior very unprofessional. When I did call the number that was left someone will pick up, but dont didnt say anything. Americas is better off using a different attorney
