First of all you must realize that you are dealing with a huge Law Firm where you can be lost in the shuffle vs a smaller law firm that you will develop a personal relationship with.Morgan is more like a conveyer belt system where you are assigned a number and processed along the system. Received a closing statement in December of 2023. Signed and returned. Well the attorney is no longer .. fast forward to today.. same problem this place can not keep a staff and then when they assign another attorney to the case you have to wait for them to review the file is the response I keep getting. If I could give Morgan and Morgan zero stars I would!!!! Horrible communication. I was assigned to ****** ********** (a FL based attorney) after my auto accident and he only reached out to me after I contacted his case manager to say I was no longer interested in being represented, and I would like to close the case. He was supposed to call me within 24 hours after I reached out to Morgan and Morgan and he never did. I had contacted Morgan and Morgan back in 2021, it was about the ******** CPAP machine. I was told they were interested in the case and would take it. There was no face-to-face contact. Just emails asking for information from my doctor. I sent him all the information and they asked for more and I got them more. This year in 2024 I got a letter by email saying they were no longer taking the case even though it has merit. That I should find somebody else. Which is great. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Morgan and Morgan. The lack of communication and transparency was appalling. Attorneys frequently failed to return calls and would even argue with me when I left negative feedback. This organization shows zero accountability.
