I'm a veteran of 8 years who recently was hit by a car while on bicycle. Police said it was drivers fault. I was told by Morgan and Morgan that they accepted the case in Nov of 2023, only to say they was no longer able to help me in March of 2024. Done told me to just set back and they would handle it! I have been using Morgan and Morgan since December 2020. I spent the first 1 1/2 years dealing with a para and no lawyer. Then May or June 2022 I was sent a letter to come down to the ********* office I had a new lawyer. He made lots of promises and was going to get the case moving. He did not fulfill those promises. Horrible service in ******** in ************ location. Poor communication and 8 years to get a certified letter of the court of appeals decision not even a phone call to inform of decision.sometimes it was over an year for update and at time it was me having to contact them.
