Do yourself a favor and don't hire this company. I finally had to fire them. They never responded to any of my questions, couldn't even seem to figure out how to get hospital documents and insisted that my 6 yr old daughter (the injured person) sign the paperwork. The case manager was changed all the time and I never ever spoke with my actual attorney. After accepting my case against a ****** resort back in November of 2023 and 2 weeks after sending out a demand to ******s claims department I got a call from Morgan & Morgan saying they are dropping my case. I am not even going to recoup my out of pocket medical expenses!!! Its been 6 months of them having my case and they drop it and tell me I can contact ******s claim department myself. After wasting my time for 7 months recording pain levels, going to therapy, sending them all the records they needed for the slip and fall, they just decided to drop it without warning. I talked to my attorney twice but its not like she ever did a thing, she said it was already too much because god forbid a slip and fall injured a healed Pre-existing injury its just too complex for them apparently. I hired Morgan and Morgan to represent a slip and fall. After two months of recording my paying level sending them documents they dropped my case without even an explanation. Its been extremely hard to get a hold of them. I found their behavior very unprofessional. When I did call the number that was left someone will pick up, but dont didnt say anything. Americas is better off using a different attorney

They took every ***** from the insurance settlement and sent me to some very crooked doctors that too the rest of it and did not care about my back shoulders and head wounds took every ***** and now wont even acknowledge Im even alive please if your in an accident do not call them they really do not care about your health just until they can drain your settlement

The worst attorneys in the country! 4 years into a disability case, I've been contacted by phone 3 times. When I've contacted them, there is always a new case manager that is rude and somewhat clueless. At the 4 year ***** I reached out to them and was told that we would schedule a hearing. It was confirmed that a hearing was scheduled and shortly, thereafter, I received notice from Social Security that Morgan and Morgan has withdrawn. They quit and didn't even inform the me! I call then about a personal injury me and my child was in a middle of a shoot out in an apartment complex and me and my child substances some injury we did not get shoot but over lives was in danger and the representative said that they dont take these types of cases.

I am not satisfied with this company they are hard to talk with or get ahold of they drag things out always getting attitudes from them and they are trying to prolong me getting my settlement money and they said they would only take 40% but they dont tell you you have to pay them extra money like 7 grand fro paper staples and stamps and office supplies and stuff like that very very unhappy
