I would give less stars if I could I got into an auto accident July 2023 my case was just settled but my issue is that you could never get anyone on the phone I NEVER ONCE spoke to the lawyer that was supposed to be handling my case and the assistant was very incompetent sometimes it would take her a week to text me back I understand they are busy but thats ridiculous I just feel like you are just a number at this company they dont give you the attention you deserve and maybe its because I was a smaller lawsuit I dont know b... read more

I started a claim with the firm located in ********** GA a year ago regarding a trip and fall on city property. It was on broken and uneven concrete. 7 years ago Morgan and Morgan took over my case. I was worried then, I know of their business practices and theyre not for the people. I said fine I will see where this goes. They promised that there would be communication via email weekly if not monthly, nothing. I sent an email stating I feel uncomfortable and alone in this particular suit.
