I had highlights, a deep conditioning treatment and a haircut at this lovely hair dressers today. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Their professional knowledge was very obvious and I felt I was in good hands straight away. I noticed the interior was lovely, modern and clean. I’m really pleased with the service I received today, they gave me a total hair transformation and it turned out even better than I’d imagined. Polly cut my very difficult hair (fine, straight, limp). It looks fantastic! Clever layers snipped and hidden within - a result that not only looks bouncy, but with so much *movement*! It actually looks longer than when I went it, which I am so pleased about as I am growing a short bob out.

I asked for my very black thick long hair to has a slightly “lifted” effect. Wanted minimal damage and something as natural as possible. showed a few picture of some brownish subtle balayage /highlights done. The hairdresser barely looked at the image. Was completely shocked when she washed and dried my hair. It was very patchy, not blended well and way lighter than I asked for. I tried to like it but it was a horrendous mess.
