Kept trying to ring for 30 minutes but nobody bothered to answer. Extremely disappointing and very poor customer service.

I was expecting a phone call from the pain management team at 8.45. I wanted and waited. I rang the number on my letter which was booking appointments. Impossible to get through. I rang the hospital number and it was engaged. I finally got a ring tone so I left it ringing. Someone obviously didn’t like the phone ringing they picked it up and since then it been engaged.
