Hello, I was on Montgomery Subaru’s website browsing and an offer popped up for a $35 gift card for test driving. The car salesman who’s name is Drew texted and texted my phone constantly & stated that the gift card isn’t available unless a purchase is made, however, the the printable coupon says NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. I called to speak with a manager, everyone was rude and Drew is constantly texting my phone. I will never do business with this company and I’ll be reporting them to the BBB & contacting my attorney as well ☺️
RecommendedMy daughter and I were traveling thru Montgomery headed to southeast Alabama when my 2015 Forester started having mechanical issues. I had it towed to Montgomery Subaru. Norman in the service department was wonderful. He had my car checked out and ordered the necessary parts. He let us have a loaner Subaru so we could travel on to my dads doctors appointment. Drew Gim did a great job explaining all of the features on the Subaru Forester. He also provided a very good price on the vehicle that I decided to buy. I checked with three other dealers and no one could come close to the selling price that Montgomery Subaru was offering.

Great customer service. Get your car washed & vacuumed while you wait. They also serve a complimentary lunch while you wait and have a cooler with Starbucks coffee, water and juice. It makes the drive from Tuscaloosa bearable.

What a great experience at Montgomery Subaru! From ordering, to communication to delivery it was a smooth process. Despite the delay from the factory, which was totally out of their control I would highly recommend this dealership. They have gone above and beyond to make me one happy customer and will definitely make them my first call when my kids need vehicles in a few years.
