I brought my car in for new tires and a windshield replacement. The service department was excellent. They communicated with me throughout the process to give me updates and keep me informed. I shopped around at Subaru dealerships between Fort Walton Beach Fl to Atlanta Ga and Montgomery gave me the best deal. Tristan was very helpful during this car search. I would not hesitate to recommend her and Subaru for an excellent car buying experience.
Wonderful experience all the way around. No bullying or intimidation tactics, willing to work in finding a happy price for both myself and them. I would truly recommend others working with them. We went to other dealers who didn't take us serious nor wanted to compromise on pricing, but with Tristen (sales) and Donni (sales manager) they both worked hard in getting a price we could both be happy with.
