My entire experience with Montgomery Subaru has been extraordinary. Sales Consultant Kahner Calloway introduced me to Marketing Director Megan Danielson and arranged for a follow-up appointment with her for a review of the features of my new Outback. That appointment with Megan was yesterday. While my car received the DuPont finish that I had purchased, Megan pulled a car identical to mine to the front door and turned on the air-conditioner. We were treated well until the “deal closer” asked my wife; “so what’s it gonna take for you to buy a car today!” 🤢 Pecan pie, tickets to the World Series, I dunno
AC not cooling. Initially replaced leaking condenser and finally the compressor over a 6-7 day period. AC working well now. Service department was helpful, courteous and apologetic.
Good service in a timely manner. The people are so nice and friendly. Great waiting area while my car is being serviced.. snacks, tv, magazines and it’s cool!
I would get another Subaru because of the service department here. Hands down, the best!
