I traveled about an hour south because this dealership was recommended and they did not disappoint. I wanted to trade my 2013 Hyundai Sonata 2.0 Sport for the 2016 Subaru Legacy 2.5 Limited. The salesman, Matt and the finance officer were both very knowledgeable and pleasant. Matt knew all about the models that I was interested in and answered all of my questions. Tim Dooley, the finance officer, explained all of the paperwork that was needed and told me what I needed to get the tags for the car. No one pressured me to buy something I didn't want and treated me like I bought the high end model even though I did not. I really appreciated being treated like a valued customer.
Rob, Shane and the entire staff were friendly and courteous. I had an e-quote before I walked in the door. So, I had a haggle free purchase. I never felt any pressure to add-on options or accessories that I did not need. Shane took the time I needed to compare the Outback with the Forester. My previous vehicle was evaluated for trade-in quickly and during that time I was not pressured to make a purchase. The paper work went smoothly with no hidden fees or cost. I couldn't have asked for a better car purchasing experience.
I just pickup up my new Outback. There was no pressure, and great (and I mean really great) service. It was a real pleasure. They offered the best price in the area which made the drive well worth it. I recommend you contact them if you are considering a Subaru. Thank you, Rob, for making it so easy.
