We drove several hours (from Niceville, Florida) after making a verbal deal with Drew Gin @Montgomery Subaru. When we arrived, everything was as agreed upon with no hidden fees, making it a very smooth process. I highly recommend driving the extra miles for excellent customer service!! And I LOVE my new Crosstrek so much! --- we actually bought 2 :)
Great buying experience even during the Corona virus pandemic. They went to great lengths to keep everyone protected. Love our new Outback. We upgraded our 2018 to the 2020. Really wanted the turbo engine, but the other improvements are icing on the cake.

The service department is incredible! I'm a school teacher and always need a ride to and from due to my busy schedule. They brought my car to my school because today was particularly hectic for me, and they were so friendly about helping me with this huge errand! Incredible folks �
