RecommendedOthello Bell was the reason I choose Montgomery Chevrolet. He and the finance team did an awesome job, which resulted in the purchase of the vehicle that met my needs and the financing that is within my budget.
My car broke down and water pump needs replaced. I’ve called at least 3-4 times each day and they do not return calls or voicemails. The receptionist even admitted leaving a voicemail would do nothing. I asked for another estimate and I’ve been waiting for two business days now while they wait for GM to release the part that’s on backorder. Even Mike the service manager sent me to voicemail. Absolutely terrible service and wish I would have gone somewhere else.
I’ve been calling for almost 3 days just to talk to someone and see if a part had came in for my truck and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. I took my truck in Monday and took about 7 hours just to diagnose a break issue me and GM had already described they were suppose to call me back Tuesday to have me bring my truck back in to get the part replaced still haven’t received any phone call. Terrible customer service
I didn’t get my full service my tires wasn’t rotated like I ask the same tires are in there he same place;When I called 3 times left messages no one has called me back yet.This frustrating
Very rude service department as well as their body shop. Could not get ahold of the departments directly so the receptionist said she would send out an email that nobody I spoke with claimed to receive. Then told me I was wrong about the work I knew I needed as I called my home dealership before making the appointment here (I was traveling and just needed minimal work done) truly just a horrible experience
