RecommendedI am super happy with the customer service I received. I didn’t leave with a new car-yet! I will be doing business with them. Thanks to the terms of a loan I’m in I’ll need a few more $$ down! That’s okay! Jodi was super awesome and I recommend her to everyone! The team went to bat for me! I got to drive a pretty red Cruze hatchback for a day and a half while they went over things to get me a good deal! I was very happy with them there and I will be back! Jodi- you are the best!
great service and a warm environment to buy a car
Horrible customer service in the service department. I've called and left messages 5 days in a row for the service department to call me back and have yet to receive a call back. The receptionist sent messages to the managers of the service center and I still have not received a call. Took my car to get oil change and now my remote start won't work. I don't recommend them.
Horrible customer service. shade tree level technicians. misdiagnose and repaired my sister's SUV. when they got it back together it had the same symptoms as when she brought it there. was trying to give her the car back without a warranty stating that it had the wrong parts. I tried calling to get a better thought of the situation and never got a call back. after 4 messages. all said and done she left her SUV and bought another car from someone else. shame on you guys.
I recently went here to get an oil change and get my vehicle serviced.They charged me a diagnostic service for which I was unaware that they would charge being I already knew what was going on.Then whoever did the oil change did a sloppy job,left oil everywhere,cause my car was smoking,then left my hood unlocked,like they were in a rush.Then told me a service I didn't really needed after I got a second opinion!I will not be back.

this is a family owned business that's been in Louisville since 1923, as an employee and/or customer..you feel like family yo them as well, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
I made a weekend trip to Louisville from Missouri. During my trip my car had an issue. I dropped my car off after hours, needing it checked out the next day. The service department did an excellent job getting my car in and checked out. I was back on the road quickly!
month and a half after buying a truck get a call that they did not cover the payoff and now i have go pay money to them. never have i ever had this happen on a trade in. drug their feet on oaying off my trade in after the deal was signed.
