The auto service at this location is TERRIBLE!!!My car has been serviced here 3 times in the last 7 months, once two weeks apart from each other...all for the same issue. Convinced they purposely improperly “fix” the issue just so you have to bring it back and they can continue to bill you, in my case my warranty. Scamming at its finest!!!!!

I bought a car 3 months ago and still don’t have the title. It’s supposedly been sent to the BMV twice and returned due to errors. They already sold my trade in and I’m not convinced they even have the title at this point. The manager won’t return my calls and I couldn’t be more frustrated. Don’t waste your time.
Lousy service dept. , 2 hours to change oil with an appointment .. stripped a wheel lock rotating a tire. Now over an hour to replace it
I'd like to give a big shout out to Troy Lacy. He was so helpful and went over and beyond to help me find a new car. I would highly recommend him. if you ever need a new car, go see Troy Lacy at Montgomery Chevrolet.
