My husband purchased a used Chevy truck, we were told it was as is, we understand that, but we did not make it home and it had no oil pressure. We called immediately and left a message, we called the next day, the day after, finally spoke to the GM. He wouldn’t even consider helping us out. Shadiest dealership I've ever dealt with. Communicated via email prior to making the 4 hour drive to see a new vehicle. Was adamant on what I needed for my trade in and sent about 15 pictures and gave a very accurate description. My car was exactly as described and the manager tried to cut it by $1,000 upon arrival. That wasn't even the worst part...the dealership advertises a price on the website then does not honor it. I was careful to read all the fine print prior to making the trip. I had my truck towed from my house on Lydia street to Montgomery on Preston. Everything left intact, specifically the toolbox on the back of my truck. Getting it back, I noticed the lock pried off and my 300 piece mechanics toolset and drone stolen. Toolbox is about 550 dollars. Drone, 800, and toolset about 300. Total of about 1600 in equipment/damages. Montgomery Chevrolet is at fault. they sales guy was really nice but didn't do enough to show he wanted my business. I test drove a car and left never to hear from the salesman again. I really wanted the car but I want to be treated right as well
I unfortunately had the pleasure to deal with Marcie Mahuron the lack of common since and knowledge of vehicles is unreal at this place. After having my truck hauled up there I spent the day with her calling several times to say she didn’t have the right key to my vehicle until she realized she was trying to get into the wrong truck all day.
